Conclusion of the 2nd meeting • Installation into the Injector, Drive Beam Linac, Delay Loop, Transfer Line TL1 and Combiner Ring => OK • Installation of the Transfer Line TL2 connected to the Combiner Ring for the end of June 2008 but: - Indian dipole magnets ? - Power supplies for dipolar correctors ? Magnetic measurements finished today Next slide • Installation into CLEX (Phase 0) will be finished for the end of June 2008 but: - Laser for CALIFES ? See K.   4. Power supplies for correctors Information provided by L. De Oliveira AB/PO to the TIC meeting yesterday 75 power supplies have been ordered (including spares) 67 power supplies should still be installed (due to delay from company) 12 power supplies should arrive at CERN next week Then batch of 20 power supplies should be delivered at CERN every 2 weeks => all power supplies at CERN ~ mid August 2008 All power supplies (TL2 and CLEX) operational for end of August 2008 L.   15. Work into CTF2 RF gun for PHIN A single klystron MKS 14 shared with RF reflectors into the Combiner Ring and the RF deflector of CALIFES Courtesy K. Elsener MKS 14 klystron would be used to test the 2 new Al RF deflectors coming from LNF before connecting wave guides to the PHIN RF gun ? ? L. Rinolfi

Conclusion • Installation of the Transfer Line TL2 will be finished and connected to the Combiner Ring for the 7 July 2008 without the Tail Clipper. • Installation into CLEX (Phase 0) will be finished for the 14 July 2008 • CALIFES RF gun ? Laser energy ? • Delay on correctors power supplies. • Installation into CTF2 (for PHIN) will depend upon the CALIFES RF gun and RF wave guides. • Tests of RF deflectors ? • Tests with beam foreseen for October 2008. • Holidays period !!!
