  2. What is Mass Tort? A harmful action of one or few defendants, causing injuries or damages to multiple plaintiffs is called mass tort.

  3. What is Mass Tort Litigation? All the members affected from the same groups are treated as individual plaintiffs and, they seek compensation separately

Mass tort litigation process • Mass tort attorneys review the medical records, medical bills, and Plaintiff’s other evidences out of dangerous drugs • Knowing the effects of similar sorts will file a multi-district litigation before the federal court. • The negotiation will take place between the corporate and the plaintiff’s side • If the negotiation is not satisfactory will go for further court trial.
