About HTMA We are the trade body for the UK highways management and maintenance industry Formed in 2005 to promote the positive contribution that the highways management and maintenance industry makes to the nation 22 full and 8 associate members who account for over 80% of the highways maintenance workload undertaken in Great Britain – in excess of 190,000km of roads. The industry employs around 30,000 people and the annual value of works is over £3.6 billion.
