  2. Site Specific Safety Plan Checklist This checklist should include: • Control and management in workplace • Notifiable works • Management for hazard • Employee participation / communication • Emergencies

  3. Hazard Register • The hazards identified • Potential harm • Hazard that are significant • Hazard control • Regular checklist of hazard controls in place

  4. Hazardous Construction Work Notification A form to notify the concerned department of hazardous construction work. The form should include: • Nature of work including, scaffolding, use of explosives, use of lifting appliances, demolition, buildings and structures over 5 meters.

  5. Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Substance Register • Chemical material or solvent used at construction sites • SDS supplier report conducted (yes/no) • Potential hazard • Safer alternative • Clothing required for protection • Action recommended

Emergency Checklists Emergency plan and procedure for hazardous work- A construction site should have emergency procedure listings: • Potential emergency situations • Evacuation procedure • Medical treatment during emergency situation • Training and communication Emergency evacuation plan- All workers must be aware of an evacuation plan and it should be displayed in a common place.

  10. Incident/Accident Register The register should record: • Name of the person injured • Immediate action taken • Whether it was a serious harm • Whether investigation was done and the outcome

  11. Additional Safety Forms Record of the accident- A form to record serious accidents of workers. It will include the type and nature of accidents and other personal details of the worker. Safety training and competency register- A register to record trainings, workshops for workers. Site Induction Register- A register to record name of workers who were provided site induction.
