    2. 2 MS InfoPath can be used to complete an Exh. 300 before it is loaded into WorkLenz

    3. 3 Step 1a: Accessing Microsoft InfoPath Navigate to InfoPath from the Start Menu

    4. 4 Step 1b: Accessing Microsoft InfoPath Open InfoPath to begin the wizard

    5. 5 Step 2: Loading the Exhibit 300 Form Select the correct form in InfoPath

    6. 6 Step 3: Fill Out the Exhibit 300 Form Provide answers to the questions in the Exhibit 300

    7. 7 Step 4: Save the form Due to underlying XML schema errors, it will probably not be possible to fully validate the form You will have to address some validation issues later after the Exh. 300 has been put in WorkLenz

    9. 9 Step 6: XML Import The USDA PMO will import the XML file. The length of time that it will take to do so will depend on: The volume of submissions for import, The timing of the submission relative to Metier’s Exh 300 development work, and Whether OMB has released a new version of the XML schema or not. You will be notified via email when your Exhibit 300 has been imported into WorkLenz

    10. 10 Step 7: View WorkLenz Exhibit 300 Once imported, InfoPath-created Exhibit 300 answers will be visible in WorkLenz

    11. 11 Step 8: Update the Exh. 300 in WorkLenz The imported InfoPath data for WorkLenz answered fields will be overwritten with the WorkLenz generated data for those fields every time the assessment is refreshed* Ensure that all WorkLenz answered fields in the Exhibit 300 are populated with the correct values by answering those questions in the appropriate area of WorkLenz * A complete listing of the questions in the Exhibit 300 answered by WorkLenz can be found in the Appendix to this document

    12. 12 Step 9: Finalize Exhibit 300 Review and Validate the Exhibit 300 to ensure that the document is ready for submission

Summary of Spending for Project (Investment) Stages (to include added FTE numbers) – Edit through the Life Cycle Costs Assessment
