  2. Educational Partnerships The Department of Enterprise Services has entered into a number of agreements with universities dedicated to providing high-quality educations to working men and women. These universities have provided access to their courses, certificate programs and degree programs at discounted prices. • Brandman University (Chapman University System) (15%). • University of Phoenix (10%); additionally, University of Phoenix can help transition valuable training programs and other academic experiences learned outside the classroom into elective credits through the Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) process. • Western Governors University (10%) tuition discount and Application fee waiver (a $65 savings). Additional educational institutions have expressed an interest and desire in offering state employees similar benefits.

  3. HELP Academy Classes Where Did They Go? At a recent Cabinet members and Deputies meeting, Eva Santos, Washington’s Chief Human Resources Officer, was asked the above question.
