Overview - Process • GOAL: • Review technology choices for VoIP phone system • Deliver greatest features and reliability at best cost. • PROCESS: • Define users/requirements • Baseline features and benefits agreed upon • Understanding of County technology roadmap • Focus on reliability, scalability, future path and service • Savings without service/features compromise • Most major vendors presented • Avaya, Cisco, Siemens, Altigen • Outsourcing vs. In-house Technology Advisory Committee
