  1. Peer Evaluations • Use the evaluation to rate the members of your team, as well as your self. This is not a popularity contest, rather your honest opinion, based upon your observations and experiences. If you don’t know the name on the sheet, do not evaluate that person! • Use the first letter of each word (E,S,N,U) using the criteria in the rubric.

  2. EXCELLENT • Always here • Always works hard • Serious about success • Cares about the team • Does beyond what is expected • Shows leadership • Never complains • Can always be trusted

  3. SATISFACTORY • Here most of the time • Works hard most of the time • Can’t tell if he’s serious about success • Wants to be on the team • Does only that which is required • Is a follower • Complains when others do • Can be trusted some of the time

  4. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT • Missing some of the time • Does some of the work • Not very serious about success • Cares more about self than the team • Looks for ways to hide out • Tends to rebel against leadership • Complains most of the time • Rarely can be trusted

  5. UNSATISFACTORY • Missing most of the time • Does very little work • Could care less about success • Cares only about himself • Always has an excuse • Tends to quit on the team • Always is complaining
