Tuesday, May 24th : Company visit & Seminar (Official Schedule) • Company Overview • Startup Alliance Korea was co-established by Korean governement and Korean leading companies to foster Korean startups. • Samsung is a Korean multinational conglomerate company which comprises numerous subsidiariesand affiliated businesses. • Naveris a popular Web portal site in South Korea that used its own proprietary search engine.

  8. Tuesday, May 24th From Seoul to Ulsan (Transportation Provided) • All the participants will move together from Seoul to Ulsan. • It takes around 4hour by bus. • Transportation from Ulsan to Seoul will NOTbe provided by UNIST. (On Friday, May 27th) Seoul Ulsan

Wednesday, May 25th : Ulsan (Official Schedule) • Agenda • Dress code : Smart Casual • 09:00 ~ 10:10 AM _ Hyundai Motor company tour • 10:30 ~ 11:30 AM _ Hyundai Heavy industry tour • 11:30 ~ 12:30 PM _ Daewang-am park • Lunch on your own • 14:30 ~ 16:00 PM _ UNIST campus tour • Mock Final Presentation • Dinner on your own

Thursday, May 26th : Final deliverables (Official Schedule) Agenda Dress code : Business Professional 08:30 ~ 13:00 PM _ Final check and Dry-run presentation 13:00 ~ 15:00 PM _ IIP Final Deliverable Presentation: Session #1 15:00 ~ 17:00 PM _ IIP Final Deliverable Presentation: Session #2 17:30 ~ Reception (UNIST Kyeongdong hall)

  11. Friday, May 27th : Goodbye KTX ticket purchase Friday KTX tickets usually run out fast. We recommend you to buy your ticket to Seoul or Incheon airport early. Link for ticket purchase http://www.letskorail.com/ If you have systemic error for payment, we can help your purchase on your first day in Korea, May 22nd or 23rd . Hotel(Shilla Stay) to Ulsan KTX station Shuttle Bus will be provided ONE TIME only at 7: 00AM (Hotel Lobby) Limousine bus 5001 every 30 min. It takes 10 mins to Limousine bus station. Google map

Friday, May 27th : Goodbye • KTX Schedule from Ulsan to Seoul • KTX from Ulsan to Seoul runs every 30 mins • KTX Schedule from Ulsan to Incheon Airport • Directtrain (KTX) from Ulsan to Incheon airport runs only 3 times a day: • 05:22 AM ~ 08:42 AM • 08:17 AM ~ 11:42 AM • 12:23 PM ~ 15:37 AM • You can transfer at Seoul Station. Also, KTX from Seoul to Incheon airport runs every 30 mins. (Ulsan -> Seoul / Seoul -> Incheon) • Transportation from Ulsan to Seoul will NOT be provided by UNIST

  13. Appendix #1. Dress Code Guide • Dress Code Guide • Business Professional Dress: • Men: Suit jacket and pants in a conservative color. Pressed long-sleeved shirt with tie. Black or brown laced leather / pvc leather shoes with matching belt. • Women: Conservative dress or blouse and pants / skirt with blazer. Neckline should not be revealing. Shoulders should be covered. Skirt hemline should extend to just above the knee or lower. Heels or flats with covered toe is preferred.

Dress Code Guide • Dress Code Guide • Business Casual Dress: • Similar to above but slightly relaxed • Men: Pressed long-sleeved shirt with suit pants paired with suit jacket OR blazer OR tie (just one option will do). Footwear requirements as above. • Women: Same as above but blazer is optional. Sleeveless dress/blouse with high neckline acceptable. Footwear requirements as above.

  15. Appendix #1. Dress Code Guide • Dress Code Guide • Smart casual Dress: • Men: Collared shirt (polos are okay) or jeans, chinos and covered footwear. • Women: Nothing too revealing. No t-shirts please. Covered footwear. • Casual Dress: • Please wear pants as there will be sporting activities. T-shirts acceptable. No profane text or crass graphics anywhere please. Athletic footwear / sneakers acceptable.

Korea currency & Credit card The currency of South Korea is South Korean Won (KRW) As of 2016 April, 1 dollar equals 1143.5 KRW International credit cards (Master Card, VISA, American Express, Diners Club) is pretty much available anywhere.
