  2. Park Layout • Precincts/areas - Rotary – including Cake Stall, Information Tent, Membership, Aquabox, Trash and Treasure; - Sustainability/Environment; - Arts; - Business Expo; - Kids Zone; - Markets; - Community Groups; and - Carnival • Issues with recent rain

  3. Entertainment • 3 Entertainment Stages in Park on Sunday- Youth organised by Rotaractors- Community Stage- Main Stage

  4. Program/Flyer Distributed in area Includes copy of program for each stage Includes map of park Hand them out at entrances All lanyards include copy of flyer for reference

  5. Rosters ROSTERS- Max has prepared Rosters members for both Saturday and Sunday based on previous advice of your availability

  6. Precinct Captains Who are they? Roles of the Precinct Captains- briefing to stall holders- traffic management- queries on site allocation Stallholder set up- will be checked by Safety Officer and if power supplied Electrician

  7. Contact Emergency Numbers Festival Director – David Information/Membership Tent – Alison Police – presence in park throughout the day St John Ambulance Copy of numbers to ring included with lanyard

  8. Car Parking Where to park for volunteers Where to direct stallholders Vehicles with access to Panther Place Vehicles that will remain in park on site One way traffic management system in the park

  9. Ad Hoc Clean Up at end of day Dinner at Eltham Hotel Dress Code – Yellow Rotary Shirt MOST OF ALL HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE DAY!!
