  2. This fascinating holiday is celebrated by… People are celebrating the new year in China and also in China towns all over the U.S.A! There is a huge festivals all over China and it is a brilliant celebration!

  3. The Chinese New Year symbols A plum means strength, bamboo means flexibility, peach represents wealth, dragon also stands for strength and, red represents good luck !

  4. This celebration takes place… In January or February this celebration takes place for fifteen days. What a long celebration!

  5. Costumes and Foods The Chinese eat a lot of food like nian gao, fa gao, and lots of moon cakes! Also they eat, lotus seed, ginkgo nut, duck, pork, and beef. People wear costumes like the lion and dragon costumes. In the Chinese calendar, there are animals that represent each year for example, a dog or maybe a dragon. In that year their will be a float to represent the animal.
