  3. PROGRAM • Behovet: Polakker i DK , AD 2011 • Finansieringsmuligheder Arbejdsmarkedet Uddannelse-kultur-civilsamfund

Arbejdstagernes synspunkt • 24/7-inspireret service og adgang til et ekspertpanel, der kan besvare spørgsmål, som arbejdstager ikke ønsker at/kan dele med virksomhedens HR-afdeling. • Lokale netværk med sociale og faglige aktiviteter. • Hurtigt tilbud om god danskundervisning – gerne inden man ankommer til Danmark. Tilbuddet skal også gælde for den medfølgende familie. • Professionel jobrådgivning og hjælp til ægtefællen. • Mentorordning på arbejdspladsen. • Kampagne der skaber en mentalitetsændring hos danskerne.

  5. Virksomhedssynspunkt • Hurtigere og mere professionel dialog med offentlige myndigheder, både på nationalt og lokalt niveau. Der mangler en ”Vi er sammen om det her ”-attitude hos de offentlige myndigheder. • Professionel job- vejledning og hjælp til ægtefællen. • God offentlig danskundervisning. • One-stop-shop med helpline og ekspertpanel til gavn for både virksomheder og udenlandske ansatte, gerne suppleret med et internet-forum, hvor de udenlandske ansatte kan hjælpe hinanden.

It helps learners find a partner in another country; they then help improve one another’s language skills via e-mail, voice-over Internet or video-conferencing.
