    15. Den Management This dialog is used to define and manage your dens. For each den, [Click] you assign the appropriate level, such as Tiger, Wolf, 1st Year Webelos, etc. If desired, [Click] you can assign your own den number [Click] and/or a den nickname. One of the most powerful features of PackMaster is the ability to download the data for individual dens so that the den leader can update the data and generate his/her own reports. As often as desired, the den leader can then backup the updated data files so that the pack leader can upload the new data into the main pack data base. This feature is extremely beneficial to the den leaders and, of course, it significantly reduces the workload for the pack leader.     17. This dialog is used to create specific groups of members that you can use to customize your reports. In this example, the user is creating a Webelos Camp group [Click] that will include only those scouts and adults who will attend Webelos camp. The user can then generate, say, a phone list or mailing labels or advancement reports, etc., that just include these members. Your groups can include scouts, adult leaders, and/or POCs. [Click] For ScoutNET purposes, virtually all parents are also guardians. [Click] You can use the family links to create records for either or both parents in other areas of the program. Because of that, its a good idea to enter your scouts and parents before you enter data on your adults. TroopMaster knows that the same person may be a parent, a Tiger adult, an adult leader, and/or a point of contact. The family links let you link related records together so that you only have to enter the data once and, if something changes, you only have to change it once.     39. When you select an individual scout, this dialog is displayed. Clicking the Advancement button in the scout personal data area is an another method of displaying this same dialog. If youve attached a photo of the scout, [Click] that will be displayed in this box. [Click] Buttons provide quick access to the scouts personal data, leadership, and special awards dialogs. [Click] This list box provides access to a separate data entry dialogs for each of the rank badges. There are also dialogs where you can enter Arrow Points, Webelos Activities badges, Compass Points, academic/sports awards, and advancement remarks.
