  1. MATTHEW 5:14-16 14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; 15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

  4. HERE’S THE TRUTH: There is a big difference from people being baptized to being Disciples of Christ.

  5. Why it’s not working: You just want fire insurance not the whole policy.

  6. LISTEN: If they came against Jesus, they are going to come against you.

  7. MATTHEW 5:13 13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.

  8. PSALMS 119:105 105 Your word is a lamp to my feetAnd a light to my path.

  9. WHAT IS OUR MISSION? Our mission is to be light to a dark world.

  10. MATTHEW 28:19-20 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

LUKE 15:8-10 8 “Or what woman, if she has ten [a]silver coins and loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9 When she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the coin which I had lost!’ 10 In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
