  2. Stress Test This program is a designed step test for coaches and medical specialists to see where the user reaches their failure. The user can then perform this test at a later time to see if the are improving.

  3. Intelli-Fit™ Buttons used with the Stress Test More Stress Test Fit-Key Pause/Clear Enter Upand Down Arrows The Pause/Clear button can be used any time during exercise to pause the program or to end it.

  4. Stress Test To Start: • Press the More button on the first screen twice. • This profile is on • the 3rd screen 2. Press the Stress Test Button 3. Press Enter There are instructions at the top of the console to guide you through the steps of establishing a program.

  5. Stress Test • Using the up and down arrow button, select your First Target (in Watts) • Target watts range from 5-200. • Watts are adjustable in .1 increments, but if you hold the up and down arrows, it will adjust in 10 watt increments. • Default target watts is 50. 5. Press Enter

  6. Stress Test • Using the up and down arrow buttons adjust the increments (how much higher does the user want to increase the wattage per step?) • Increments ranges between 5-50 watts. • Adjustable in single watts. • Default increment is at 5 watts. 7. Press Enter

  7. Stress Test • Using the up and down arrows, adjust your intervals in minutes (How long do you want each step to last?) • Interval ranges between :15 sec to 99 mins. • Time is adjustable in :15. • Default time is 5:00 9. Press Enter

  8. Stress Test • 10. Select user weight using the up and down arrows. • The weight ranges from 20 lbs – 550 lbs*. • If you press and hold the arrow button, the weight will adjust in 10 lb increments. • Default weight is 150 lbs. 10. Press Enter 11. Press Start

  9. The Stress Test Never Stops The stress test never stops. So as the user gets to the last hill, it will just keep going until the user fatigues and cannot continue the work out.

  11. View 1 • Read-outs include: • Level • Time • Miles • RPM • Watts • METs • Heart Rate • Calories • Progress Bar At any time during your workout, press ‘Change View’ button to move to 2nd view.

  12. View 2 • Read-outs include: • Level • Time • Heart Rate • RPM’s • Watts • Progress Bar Press ‘Change View’ button to move back to view 1.

  13. Please be advised that the POWER BURST function is NOT available in this program

  14. Fan There is a fan built in to the console allowing 3 speeds at low – medium – high. • Press ‘Fan’ button on your far right. • Press fan button 1, 2 or 3 times to select your desired speed. • On the 4th press, it turns the fan off.

  15. Pause/Stop At any time during your work-out, you can press the pause/clear button below to pause the work out. Press the pause/clear button again and your work out will be cleared or stopped.
