Agency Visit I • Date:   June 15, 2011 (Wed.) • Time:   3:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Venue:  Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services, 2/F, Fu Tung Shopping Centre, Tung Chung, LantauIsland • Remarks: • The visit is compulsory. If you can’t attend the visit, you need the approval from your fieldwork supervisor. In that case, pl. send in your leave application to Anna Choi (annachoi@socwork.hku.hk)with c.c. to your fieldwork supervisor by 5 p.m. on June 13, 2011. • Pl. assemble at the Exit-D of the Tung Chung Station at 2:30 pm. and report to Anna Choi

  3. Agency Visit II • Date:   June 17, 2011 (Friday) • Time:   Afternoon • Venue:  浸信會愛羣社會服務處 青少年精神健康綜合服務, 灣仔愛群道Remarks: • The visit is highly recommended. If you can’t attend the visit, you need the approval from your fieldwork supervisor. In that case, pl. send in your leave application to Anna Choi (annachoi@socwork.hku.hk)with c.c. to your fieldwork supervisor by 5 p.m. on June 13, 2011. • Details will be confirmed later

  4. Mid-placement Sharing • Date:   July 6, 2011 (Wed.) • Time:   2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. • Venue:  Rm. KKL 1302 • Remarks: • The sharing session is compulsory. If you can’t attend the session, you need the approval from your fieldwork supervisor. In that case, pl. send in your leave application to Anna Choi (annachoi@socwork.hku.hk) with c.c. to your fieldwork supervisor by 5 p.m. on July 5, 2011.
