  2. Speed teach – sharing knowledge • During your speed-teach activity you must give and receive information under a time limit. You must SHARE information and ASK each other questions. • Focus on these areas: • British law & abortion • What is pro life? What are the arguments for it? • What is pro choice?   3. Quiz • Define abortion. • When is an abortion legal up to in Britain? • What is ‘pro choice’? • What is ‘pro life’? • Give an argument for abortion. • Give an argument against abortion.

AO2 Practise – Evaluating pairs • In pairs you are going to create a quick presentation on analysing the following statements • Give points FOR and AGAINST “Children are a gift.” ‘”Life begins at conception.” ‘”Any woman who wants an abortion should be allowed one.” ‘”Humans should have control over when life ends.”

  5. Exam practise • ‘Abortion is always morally wrong.’ Do you agree? Show that you have thought about more than one point of view. Refer to religious views in your answer. (6 marks) • AO2 - FARP
