  2. One Team, One Dream! Food & Drinks Important to note that no dinner service will be served on Sunday June 1st in Mennill Hall. Regular meal hours for the Monday and Tuesday are scheduled as follows : - Breakfast : 0630hrs to 0800hrs - Lunch : 1130hrs to 1300hrs - Dinner : 1630hrs to 1800hrs A variety of other options are offered to each delegate, such as Gateway Café and the Lounge which are run independently from the O.P.C., and offer their services till 2400hrs. *Meet and Greet planned for Sunday June 1st between 1800hrs and 2100hrs, where light snacks and beverages will be offered* Dress Code and Identification Tags Suitable business attire is mandatory from 0630hrs to 1630hrs. All delegates are required to always wear their identification tags while on O.P.C property in order to receive services provided by the establishment. Limited coin-laundry facilities are available at the end of each dormitory floor, as well as irons and ironing boards. Conference Reception and Parking The conference runs from Sunday June 1st to Tuesday June 3rd 2014. For your convenience, the reception team will be set up and available by the main entrance for registration, to provide you with a welcome package containing conference information, room assignment with room key, and parking permit. The parking permit will need to be displayed and visible inside your vehicle at all times in the designated parking area. Accommodations : Each delegate will be assigned an independent dormitory type room that only includes limited linens, pillows and an alarm clock. It’s strongly recommended that any extra personal bedding, towels, bathroom accessories, and any other personal effects be considered in order to make your stay more comfortable.   3. One Team, One Dream! For more information… Important to note that all delegates are subject to O.P.C. code of conduct and all of the establishments rules and regulations. For any additional information, details, or service, please refer to the official resident handbook on the O.P.C. website. After Hours Assistance Delegates needing any aid between the hours of 1630hrs and 0800hrs are encouraged to present themselves at the main reception desk or telephoning Reception by dialing “0”. The hosting committee, the Ottawa Police Service, will also be available to attend to any of your requests or demands to the best of their abilities and resources. Sports Facilities The gymnasium, weight room and all it’s equipment are open to all delegates between the hours of 0600hrs to 2400hrs. The swimming pool is also at the disposal of conference participants, with certain restrictions and requirements, such as a minimum of 2 swimmers to a maximum of 10, and not permitted when in use by public groups.
