  3. Preparation and Setup • Preparing your computer (Java) • Audio setup (microphone, headset is best) • Web cam (if required) • Preparing files in Elluminate (PowerPoint slides, upload multimedia)

Room Types and Licences • 30 day trial licence • vClass (one room, used by up to 50 users, requires scheduling, c.$2,000 per room, p.a.) • Moderator Access (one room per named moderators, minimum 10 moderators, up to 100 users per room, c.$3,000 p.a.) • vRoom (max 3 people, no recording, free)
