  3. What they do? Mathematician Conduct research in mathematics and use the mathematical techniques for science, management, and other fields. Natural Sciences Manager Plan or coordinate activities in some fields like Life Science, Physical Science, mathematics, and research and development. Actuaries Analyze data, such as accidents, sickness, disability, and retirement rates.

  4. The Wages Mathematician The range between 2012 and 2014 increased slightly $10,000 Natural Sciences Manager The range decreases slightly by $12,000 Actuaries The max wage increased to $100,000 in 2014

  5. Degree’s Most mathematics jobs include a master’s degree. Some jobs may include a bachelor’s degree but you won’t get as much money as a master’s degree would get you. To get a bachelor’s degree, you’ll need to have 4 years of college. In order to receive a master’s you’ll need an additional 2 to 3 years of a full course load.
