ABOUT SAGEPOINT IOP SagePoint IOP's multidisciplinary treatment program is designed to provide integrated and high quality therapeutic interventions for adults 18+ diagnosed with a substance use disorder or addiction. SagePoint IOP, located in the greater Sacramento area, enables adults with substance use disorders and dual diagnosis to receive services they need while maintaining their current employment and residence.

  4. GROUP THERAPY SagePoint IOP incorporates a wide variety of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy modalities to treat addiction and mental health issues. We utilize a comprehensive, highly structured approach conducted in a safe, supportive environment. FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP The Family Support Group meets weekly at SagePoint IOP and is designed to support both client and their family members or significant support persons, in the recovery process.

REFERRALS, LINKAGE, & AFTER-CARE INDIVIDUAL THERAPY Upon graduation from the program, clients can transition to our Outpatient Program (OP), where they will be able to continue with ongoing individual therapy. Referrals, Linkage, and After-Care planning are a vital aspect of successful recovery outcomes. Also, referred to as Case Management, this is a collaborative and coordinated approach to the delivery of health and social services that links clients with appropriate services.
