This is an example of modernization because as the urban population increase, there will be a high demand for a shopping center in the city. So countries will build shopping malls to satisfy its consumers’ needs.

  6. Surveys On my vacation I plan to take a survey the hotel gives me to help improve the hotel’s services. This can be apply to the country because it is an example of modernization. If there is an increase in urbanization then the country needs a way to find out how it can better satisfy its citizens’ needs.

  7. Computer On my vacation I plan to use the hotel’s complimentary laptop to shop online and find more information about the places that I might visit. This is an example of modernization because the country’s technologies are getting better and more modern.

  8. Credit Cards To pay for my expenses on the trip, I will use my credit cards. This is an example of modernization because the country is starting to use a more convenient and modern way of payment.
