  1. Stanley PAC|System Overview

  2. Stanley PAC opens the borders between the converging worlds of traditional access control and next-generation IP-based solutions. It is specifically developed to meet the requirements of everyday access control applications with on-going development for new functionality. Whether a customer just upgrades to the new Stanley PAC software or mix and matches an existing K2000 series system with the new and powerful 500 series hardware, it's a philosophy built on strategy. So your customers can make the best choice today, while keeping pace with change and maintaining top performance long into the future. Stanley PAC|System Overview

  3. Readykey™ for Windows | Typical System Configurations A PC interface kit is normally used on systems with less than 32 doors. A Central Network Controller (CNC) is used systems with more than 32 doors or for multi-site systems that use modems to dial up remote door controllers Admin Kit System CNC and Dial-Up System

  4. Stanley PAC | Edition Overview

  5. The Stanley PAC migration solution minimizes the cost, risk, and process downtime of a full system replacement, moving from Readykey for Windows or PAC Vision to Stanley PAC No Rewiring, No Re-Enrollment of Cardholders, No Lengthy Downtime, No Risk. Our Migration Solution is the only solution specifically designed to avoid the high cost, high risk, and extended downtime of typical replacement solutions. Readykey for Windows and PAC Vision Conversion Whether you use Readykey for Windows, PAC Vision (PAC Prism) we have ensured a conversion path to the new Stanley PAC software platform. Stanley PAC (formally Readykey X) allows you to utilize and protect your existing investment in 2100 (1100) and 2200 (1200) series door controller and associated hardware technology. It also introduces support for the new generation of 500-series controllers, which can be used alongside an existing 2000-series installation. Stanley PAC |Database Conversion

  6. Stanley PAC |Intuitive Software Stanley PAC uses a Microsoft® Outlook ® like graphical user interface to minimize operator training and help organize tasks more efficiently. • Simple point and click interface • Easy Navigation • Windows XP and Vista Certified

  7. Stanley PAC |Hardware List View The Hardware List View is a single easy-to-use screen that displays a list of channels and controllers, both K2000 series and PAC 500 series . The system can handle logical controllers which enables the configuration of a complete system without the need for any physical hardware and enables the areas, access groups, etc. to be configured off-site without having hardware present. • List of controllers connected (on or off-line) • Controller status • Controller probe

  8. Stanley PAC |Alarm Viewer The Alarm Viewer application is used to monitor and manage alarms that occur on your Stanley PAC administered access control system. Alarms occur when Alarm Points are triggered. Alarm points are items capable of generating alarm events, and take the form of inputs, doors, controllers or PAC 500 Controllers. • Alarms highlighted on graphic map • Configurable alarm sound • Alarm silencer • Operator acknowledgement • Active Alarms Board A system tray application monitors the alarms occurring in the Stanley PAC system providing a pop-up alert when an alarm occurs. This enables an operator to monitor alarms without needing to run the alarm viewer application continually

  9. Stanley PAC |Time Profiles and Holidays A time profile consists of one or more time periods that can span multiple days. It can be applied to a cardholder or door and determine when a Cardholder has access through a door or when a door is unlocked. • 200 time profiles • Each profile can contain up to 400 periods • 40 holidays profiles • Each holiday profile can have start and end dates and times

  10. Stanley PAC |IP camera Interface Stanley PAC enables the power of independently addressable IP cameras to be combined and controlled from within the software • Interfaces with AXIS IP cameras • IP cameras buttons on graphic maps • Live display on the client workstation • Intuitive camera interface • Control of camera movement (PTZ) • Full camera switching capability • Real time image display

  11. Stanley PAC |OEM Interface The OEM Interface is an optional add-on that provides an advanced application integration service enabling real time, bidirectional seamless integration between Stanley PAC and third party products. Secure and seamless communication over TCP/IP using XML and HTTP enables Stanley PAC to both exchange common information and initiate door and area interactions. Developed with the primary objective of maximizing resources, Data Exchange reduces training costs, time to input critical data and helps to avoid duplication of employee data without endangering the access control or security at a facility. • Addition, modification and deletion of cardholder records in the Stanley PAC system by the OEM software • Notification of cardholder changes to the OEM software, allowing the OEM software to keep its personnel database up to date • Notification of cardholder-related events to the OEM software (typically access events) • Initiation of actions by the OEM software - door actions (unlock, lock, bolt, normal operation) and area actions (unlock, lock, bolt, normal operation, arm, disarm), switching on CCTV cameras, raising barriers and acknowledging alarms

  12. Stanley PAC | Typical Upgraded System Configurations – Software Only We have ensured our customers a path to the new Stanley PAC platform, enabling customers to utilize and protect their previous investment in Readykey for Windows, PAC Vision and K2000 series hardware, readers and credentials. The existing personnel database and access groups can be simply imported into the new software. Readykey has full compatibility with Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system is grounded in a development program based on Microsoft’s innovative .NET platform and CE.Net architecture. Admin Kit System CNC and Dial-Up System

  13. Stanley PAC | Typical Upgraded System Configurations – LAN Upgrade It is simple to replace existing CNC Dial-up connections with LAN connections which can be directly administered from the Host PC. Admin Kit System CNC and LAN System
