Ashish Gupta. (RTI WEEK) • Dinner Party hosted by Tr. Aditya Khemka. • Dinner Party hosted by Tr. Amit Garg at his farm house on 2nd Dec. 2009. • Men’s Cookout at a farmhouse @ 6th Dec. 2009. • Girls/twinklers going for a trip to chocolate factory on 14th nov with table 149. • Fundraising: • Movie Premier held For “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani” on 7th Nov. 2009. • Flagship fundraiser on 20th Dec. for Christmas @ Tivoli. Christmas. • Kid’s Art on 8th Nov. at Tr. Dhananjay Residence in Sadhna Enclave • Publicity: • Blood Donation Camp and Christmas Carnival were 2 major events • Project Work: • Blood donation camp - 15th Nov '09. (RTI WEEK) • TZP held on 13th Nov. 2009 (RTI WEEK) • We are contributing for cataract operation on 19th Nov. to table 43. (RTI WEEK) • Donation of wheat, rice, pulses, to a Palna on 16th Nov. '09. (RTI WEEK) • National Twinklers Day: 14th November, (RTI WEEK) • New project of school at Bulandshahar was identified in to start funding. • National Fellowship Day: 21st November. (RTI WEEK)

  4. DDRT-157Diwali Casino Nights Tr. Vishal Gupta, Tr. Vikas Kothari, Tr. Ashish Gupta hosted several Casino nights at their own respective houses at different instances which led to lot of internal table bonding as well as lot of interaction with other tables.

  6. DELHI DYNAMIC ROUND TABLE-157 MOVIE FUNDRAISER FORAJAB PREM KI GHAZAB KAHANI. The truly DYNAMIC team of Vishal Gupta, Amit Garg and Rachna Gupta pulled off a superb show of managing the fundraiser for our table on 7th November (Saturday) by selling in excess of 150 tickets of the Movie “AJAB PREM KI GHAZAB KAHANI” held at PVR Selectcity Walk, Saket, New Delhi @ 7:35 p.m. The most amazing part was that due to total non-clarity and non-support of PVR management the team got only 2 days to sell the whole set of tickets and “THEY DID IT”. The tickets were sold at Rs. 300.00 a piece. The total revenue collected was Rs. 45,000.00 and a cool profit of Rs. 7,500.00 was made towards the project account. Circler Prachi designed a cool invite which was posted and emailed to all in area and to friends and family.

Ashish Gupta at his farm house. • 9th Nov. - Stationary distribution at Rituanjali, -a slum school. • 10th Nov.- Distribution of clothes, shoes, books for children aged 0-6 yrs At Orphanage ' Palna‘ • 11th Nov.- The table donated a sewing machine at Vidya Niketan, Faridabad, Haryana. • Few Tablers went to Deer park with twinklers and had breakfast together as an inter table twinkler activity. • 12th Nov.-‘Chattravaas' 525 children homeless were donated lunch courtesy our tablers. • 13th Nov.- 'Taare Zameen Par‘ – organized a painting comp. at slum school in Mehrauli. • Attended the kids carnival at Hotel Vasant Continental as Twinklers club activity. • 14th Nov. – Fellowship dinner hosted by Amit Garg followed by blanket distribution • Attended the Chocolate Factory trip at Noida • 15th Nov. - Organized the Blood Bank at PVR Anupam, Saket. • 16th Nov.- Sandals distribution at a slum school in Malviya Nagar. • 17th Nov. – Social Hosted at The Park Hotel. Aqua, by Tr. Vipul Jain. • 18th Nov.- Sq. leg Ravi Singhania and DDRT distributed biscuit to poor kids in Green Park area. • 19th Nov.- Medicine distribution to AIIMS cancer patients at 'Shanti Avedna' • 20th Nov. - ‘First Aid Workshop' co-hosted with DSRT- 32 at Anandgram, M.G. Road. Delhi. • 21st Nov.- Few tablers and circlers also attended the play organized by Literacy India. • Few Circlers taught English to kids of KG at a school. • National Fellowship Day was attended by several fellow tablers: a great bonding event

  9. Kidz Art Held on 28th Nov. 2009. From our table Kidz Art was organized by Tr. Dhanajay Rathi and Cr. Ruchika Rathi at there house at Sadhna Enclave, New Delhi on 28th Nov. November 2009 between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

  10. Fellowship with Circlers Our table board and the conveners to get the ladies’ circle going; invited the Circlers from DCRT and the Circle area chairperson Mrs. Ruchika Jain, National Circle Chairperson Mrs. Shilpa Jain with various other circle members.

  11. Forming Of Ladies Circle Process was initiated by Mrs Prachi Agarwal and Mrs. Ashima Gupta were key Circlers to make the Ladies Circle process started and got the contact meetings organized at every socaila held of the DDRT-157 table.

  12. Men’z Cookout Joint Social With DCRT- 145 • Joint Social was held on 6th Dec. 2009, Sunday as an inter table social event at Tr. Aditya Nath’s Farm in Mehrauli, Chattarpur, New Delhi. The chefs churned out yummy food- Satyam served salad, Vipul-falafels, Prashant-matara-tikiya, Ashish-eggs, Harsh-Bombay Sandwiches, Kshitij-Canapes,aditya-golgappe, Mayank-biryani, Dj-pasta, Archit-choley-kulche, Nishant-noodles and courtsey DCRT-awesome desserts....

  13. DDRT-157.CHRISTMAS CARNIVAL We had a very good carnival in TIVOLI Gardens and Resorts on 20th Dec. Sunday from 12:00 am to 7:00 pm, everyone really enjoyed and we got lot of appreciation from many people and tablers about there about venue, food, activity's, etc, a BIG thanks to Vishal and his dynamic team for the wonderful show. We had an attendance of 600+ people attending the function and fellowship and fundraising was also great. This event is a flagship event for us and a good fellowship and fundraiser and publicity for us. From The area were DSRT- 32 Chairman Rahul Jain, Area Chairman Manish Kapoor, Amritsar Chariman Amit, DART Chairman Shashank Gupta, LC Area Chairperson Ruchika Jain, several tablers from the Delhi tables also attended the event. They all brought in their families and friends and the occasion momentous for us. We missed our family members- Aparna-Siddharth, Vinay-HT Mandeep, Sonil-Sq. lg. Ravi with kids at the carnival.

  15. Fundraising Planning to do movie shows, coupon drive, play, etc. Projects. Look at replacing tiles for flooring at our area school of RT-157 in Bhajhgera, Gurgaon. Planning to donate funds for a existing school in Bulandshahar school, like- for making new cycle stand and casting of roof for new classrooms, etc. Fellowship: Planning a get together for LOHRI with Bonfire. Planning for Valentines Day get together, may be with another table. Planning for movies, picnic, Holi Milan, 200th meeting of 157. Planning to attend social in Ludhiana on 30th Jan 2010. All the scheduled meetings and joint socials with other Delhi tables planned. Publicity: During our major events the RTI will be duly Advertised.
