Partnering between Lake County PWD forces and • Graham Contractors to put together a workable job • Plan for a very neglected private subdivision road • system • PCI varied from 31-63 • 22 ½ % Grades • Roads were constructed in the early 1960’s • Minimal maintenance: Primarily patching, grader A/C • blankets and sporadic chip seals. • Total Miles: 10.9/Buckingham: 6.01 miles /Riviera West: 4.89 miles • Required Base repairs from 4ft by 10 ft to 20 ft by 1 mile.

  3. Remedial Actions and Applications County Partnering • Culvert and drainage issues. • Base failures ground out and blended with class II • base and perma-zyme then overlaid.

  4. Cape Seal using a PASS scrub seal and MSE micro. • Partnering by Graham Contractors Chip/Scrub with PASS Emulsion Western Emulsion MSE Microsurface Telfor Oil

  5. With completion of this Lake County project two other subdivisions have voted in favor of a Zone of Benefit Assessment with one more in the planning stages!!!!
