  11. Sectional Impression • custom tray(ZOE / Rubber) + stock tray(Alginate) • 무치악 상악 치조제 + 유치악부 변연의 정확성 확보 •  기저면 전체를 통한  의치상의 생리적인 적합성 보장 •  연조직 외상 최소화

  12. 기본 원칙 • 협/순 소대 부위 relief • Zygomatic arch 부위 relief • 협측 전정 최대 피개 (coronoid process의 움직임과 측두근의 삽입을 허용하는 범위에서) • 후방 변연을 hamular notch까지 연장 • 의치의 후방 변연은 연조직 상에 놓일 것 • Relief 여부 결정 위해 정중 구개부 촉진.
