  2. Pixel Box • Pixel box has been manufactured in Genova mechanical workshop • Cooling system still to be tested – missing type 0 cables for six modules Pixel support structure Pixel Box Pixel Box Cover Cooling tubes connectors

Modules for CTB • 8 modules has been assembled for CTB • 510902 510997 510909 510448 510730 510532 510548 OK • 510953 (OK at room temperature, no communication with the module at very low T) • Extra module on not thinned support 510549 (15 FEs only) • Mounted with stave robot • Reproducible position on module short edge • Some recalibration on module long edge (~250 um spread) • Will be measured to help alignment

  4. Modules for CTB • A threshold scan has been performed on one module before and after mounting • No damage from assembly phases showed up • Further tests will be performed with cooled pixel box Before mounting noise 163 e- After mounting noise 165 e-

Support table • Aluminum support table is being assembled in SR1 building by SCT (Gareth Moorhead) • Mounted into Morpurgo magnet then slide into MBPS magnet on machine development period • Supports for PP0 and regulator board • Regulator cables ~12 m imply that power supplies will stay in the beam area (very unconfortable) Services support structure SCT box Pixel box support Pixel box rails

DAQ Hardware Components • DAQ crate in h8 – integration with DAQ-1 started • SBC • ROD • TIM-1 • Oxford Backplane • Opto BOC • Optoboard • “flex” PP0 • DCS • At CERN during pixel week • Regulator • At CERN during pixel week • Optocable • Received from Ericsson, some problems with connector – investigating problem and possible solutions • Type 0 cables • Six type 0 cables still missing

  7. Schedule Start of Pixel combined data taking delayed by one week Setup of pixel box on the beam during machine development period on July (2 and/or 7 and/or 14) Setup of DCS and power supplies during pixel week (?)
