The Hakone Open-Air Museum opened in 1969 as the first open-air art museum in Japan. The museum's collections include about 100 masterpieces of Rodin, Bourdelle, Miro, Henry Moore and others in the garden; and Brancusi, Morie Ogiwara, Boccioni, Lipchitz, Modigliani, Shin Hongo and others inside.

  2. The Hakone Open-Air Museum opened in 1969 as the first open-air art museum in Japan. The museum's collections include about 100 masterpieces of Rodin, Bourdelle, Miro, Henry Moore and others in the garden; and Brancusi, Morie Ogiwara, Boccioni, Lipchitz, Modigliani, Shin Hongo and others inside

  3. Besides the sculptures and Picasso Collection, the Hakone Open Air Museum features various indoor galleries. There are four other indoor exhibition halls: main hall gallery, multi hall, art hall and Ryokuei gallery.  The Picture Gallery will astonish you with its array of paintings by Renoir, Kandinsky, Miro, Utrillo or Vlaminck (No pictures!) The museum also present works of Brancusi, Morie Ogiwara, Lipchitz, Modigliani, Dubuffet, Shin Hongo, Boccioni, Henry Moore, Giacometti and others Constantin Brâncuşi (Romanian, 1876-1957) The Kiss
