  1. 8 Tips for Living a Long and Healthy Life

  2. Good health should be a lifestyle. It should be something that we do everyday. Good health also means our physical, metal, psychological and spiritual health. We are looking for people who want to be physically fit, emotionally stable and socially comfortable. Of course, we each have our own idiosyncrasies and personality. No one can be happy with tons of friends at all time. But, we should strive for a healthy body, mind and soul. • Today we are making a conscious change to adopt such practices in our daily life. Even PCD pharma franchise Gujarat these days work to facilitate good health practices. So, here are some simple ways of achieving that:

  3. 1. Get plenty of sleep • Each of us needs at least 7-9 hours of sleep. This is the time when our body relaxes, recharges and rejuvenates. It gives precious time for our brain to recuperate from our healthy day. To achieve this, keep a regular pattern of sleep, ensure your bedroom is disturbance free, comfortable and calm. Do not watch late night TV or drink coffee, tea or alcohol close to bedtime. 2. Wake up early • Barring those who need to work at night, we should all try to wake up early. This is when the world is usually quitter and there is less pollution. You can go for a walk or just soak the peace in your garden. Morning air can be invigorating and fretting for the mind, body and soul. Waking up early also gives us more time in the day. Most of our productive hours are spent in the daytime. So, the sooner we start, the more we achieve!

  4. 3. Exercise • It is vitally important that we have some exercise schedule in a day. It can be anything that you prefer — aerobics, yoga, swimming, squash or an energetic game of soccer with your friends. Exercise is very important for the functioning of our body. It boosts our energy levels, improves our muscle strength, endurance and helps the vital functions of our body to work properly. You should plan out an exercise schedule. Involve a friend or hire a trainer if you find yourself falling off the schedule too often. 4. Eat a healthy, hearty breakfast • A good breakfast is the fuel we need to start the day. People who are engaged in a strenuous work-out should also tank up on their protein levels. Pharma marketing has made us aware of the health supplements we need. In addition we should also have a breakfast that whole grains, proteins and fruits. Have plenty of water as well. In fact, have plenty of water throughout the day.

  5. 5. Move around • Make an effort to move around throughout the day, especially of you have a sedentary job. Just walk around the office premises, chat with people, walk to the canteen, take the stairs when possible or go to the printer yourself instead of sending someone else for it. Whether you are at home or office, try to step out at least once a day. Apart from the much needed Vit D, the change of scenery can be a real energy booster. 6. Make some time for your hobby/future goals • No matter how busy you are in your job or family, make some time for that thing you really love. If it’s your dream career, read up, prepare or reach out to people so that the dream stays alive. If it’s a hobby, keep some time for it, be it reading, cooking or playing!

  6. 7. Schedule some time for family or friends • Human interaction is essential for our emotional and spiritual health. No man can live as an island. Spend some time with your family, a spouse, children or parents. If they live far away, make an effort to call them. Meet your friends when you can, chat with neighbour, reach out to people. 8. Eat an early dinner • Studies show that late-night dinner results in spikes in our triglyceride levels, a type of fat found in our blood. It also gives our body time to digest before we lie down for our sleep and the digestion slows. In short, it makes you slimmer and healthier! • Phamamarketing companies can give us medicines and syrups that promise good health. But, good health starts with good practices. It is a lifestyle that we must commit to on a daily basis.
