Projekt WorkplaceBS: Inhalt • Ausarbeitung einer Projektdefinition WorkplaceBS durch Arbeitsgruppe der Informatikkonferenz (IK): „Kantonsweite Einführung eines standardisierten IT-Arbeitsplatzes samt Optimierung der damit verbundenen Leistungserbringungsprozesse“ (Standardisierung/Zentralisierung Desktop Mgmt) • mit RRB 11/32/12 vom 01.11.2011 hat der RR die IK mit der Umsetzung des Projekts beauftragt • das Lösungskonzept geht wiederum an den RR (v.a. Service-Erbringung und Aufbauorganisation) Erziehungsdepartement Th. Riedtmann / 17.11.2011

Projekt WorkplaceBS: Geschäftsziele Erhöhung der Produktivität der Mitarbeitenden Einsparung von 20% der jährlichen Betriebs- und Supportkosten aller Windows/Office-Arbeitsplätze verwaltungsweite Einführung standardisierter IT-Arbeitsplätze (ohne Schulen) Anwender mit standard. IT-Arbeitsplatz zufrieden Sicherstellung von Kontinuität der Nutzung dank etablierten Technologien und Lösungen Gewährleistung sauberer Software-Lizenzierung Erziehungsdepartement

IT-Plattform für SW-Verteilung Service- und Support-Organisation Schulungsangebot Service-Level-Agreement für IKT-Basisleistung Dokumentation kantonale HW/SW-Standards Erziehungsdepartement
