  1. Can we take BCAA and Whey Protein Supplement Together BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid and there are three important BCAAs – Valine, Leucine and Isoleucine. They are grouped together since they have molecular structure that branches to one side. BCAAs are required by the body as they might help with many things such as reduction of muscle damage and building muscle mass. They are also used for weight loss. High amounts of BCAAs could be harmful so always take them in the right amount. Image Source: Photo by Victor Freitas from Pexels What is Whey Protein?

It is of three types – Whey Concentrate, Whey Isolate, and Whey Hydrolysate. There are protein supplements that include the BCAA amino acids. Example: ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, MuscleBlaze Biozyme Whey Protein, etc. To compare protein supplements, check Wikisheets.
