  1. Is Whey Protein Powder the Same for Men and Women Protein, by itself is the same for men and women. There is no separate protein for each. But the amount of protein needed by men and women differs. It also depends on their age. Some brands have some products marketed for lady customers. No matter what you are going to buy, keep in mind some points while selecting the best protein powder for men in India or the best protein powder for women in India. Budget: Protein supplements come at different costs so having an idea of your budget limit can help you decide. Vegan Options: If you have lactose intolerance or don’t have dairy products, then you might want to avoid whey proteins and opt for plant-based protein supplements. Flavoured Options: There are flavoured protein supplements such as chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Unflavoured ones tend to have less additives as they don’t add artificial flavouring agents. Sweeteners/Refined Sugar: They tend to be harmful for health in the long run and it is best to avoid them in supplements. Cost and Protein per Scoop: Each brand has a different scoop size and protein percentage in it. So there is no point comparing two brands directly, but check the amount of protein and cost per scoop.
