There are so many brands and types of protein powders, it is difficult to decide the best one. The way I decide a good product is by comparing multiple products first. I don’t go by reviews. I instead look at the main points like protein content, price, etc. Let me tell you some points I check while buying a supplement. Additives: Some common additives are artificial colors, artificial flavours, artificial  sweeteners (Erythritol, Acesulfame Potassium, Saccharin, Aspartame, Sucralose, etc.), Gums & Thickeners, Vegetable Oils & Fats, etc. Fake Products: Check the product, the packaging, the bar code, MRP tag, etc. for  genuineness. Always buy from a known site or from an authorized dealer, even if others offer discounts. Certification: Check if the whey protein powder has been tested by a third party and  the protein source is genuine. Don’t buy products from unknown dealers or sites. Always check the brand details and the product details. Protein Content: Check the protein content per gram or per scoop. If the protein  content is less than 60-70%, then don’t go for the product. Proteins are very crucial for the body as each cell contains protein. Proteins are used for the repair of the body and are the building blocks of new tissues and muscles. They also help in the generation of new cells in the body. Proteins are required for healthy skin and hair. You can get protein from a variety of sources. Selecting the best protein powder for daily use is tough, but with proper research it can be done.
