Helps body after workout and exercise. 5. Helps body get protein if it is not sufficient in the diet. Protein powders sometimes contain additives. Artificial sweeteners are additives included in a lot of food products these days as a replacement for refined sugar. Some examples are sucralose, saccharin, aspartame, Ace-K, etc. Artificial sweeteners are linked to different side effects in a lot of people and no one knows the long term and regular use outcome of them. Flavours and colors are also additives.
