Which is the Right Time to Take Whey Protein Supplement There is no right time to take whey protein supplement but most people prefer to take in as follows: · 1-2 hours before workout. · Some time after workout. · First thing in the morning. If you are going to workout, then don’t have it immediately before it since it will be heavy. Another thing is that you should have a complete diet instead of only having supplements. Our natural diet is also important. Popular sources include pea, quinoa, rice, pulses, lentils, milk, eggs, soybeans, meat, etc. Selecting the best protein supplement in India for daily use is not tough if you do some research. Protein powders come from different sources like plants, dairy (milk), meat, etc. Example MyProtein Vegan Protein, Oziva Plant-Based Protein (Rice, Pea, Quinoa), NakPro Whey Protein, etc. Go with one that suits your body. If you are lactose intolerant, then don’t go for casein and whey protein. If you are allergic to soy then don’t go for products having soy lecithin. Not everyone needs the same amount of protein powder. It differs for people and it is best to talk to your nutritionist before deciding on anything. Just because someone says to have 3 scoops, it doesn’t work for everyone. Having more than you need may lead to side effects like bloating, stomach pain and other issues as well as a lot of stress of kidneys.
