PAPER 3. ​Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics (Maximum 100  Marks) Corporate and Allied Laws (Maximum 100 Marks)  ​Divided into two sections-  Section A: Company Law (70 Marks)  Section B: Allied Laws (30 Marks) PAPER 4.  

  2.     Group TWO have following subjects- Advanced Management Accounting (Maximum 100 Marks)  PAPER 5. Information Systems Control And Audit (Maximum 100 Marks) PAPER 6. Direct Tax Laws (Maximum 100 Marks) PAPER 7. Indirect Tax Laws (Maximum 100 Marks) PAPER 8. On 1st JUNE,2016, ICAI has introduced CA final(NEW COURSE) Which is applicable from 1st JULY,2017 and very 1st attempt of CA final(NEW COURSE) was held on MAY, 2018. It also made up of two groups, each group consists of four subjects- Group ONE have following subjects- ​Financial Reporting (Maximum 100 Marks) PAPER 1. Direct Tax Laws(Maximum 70 Marks) and International  Taxation(Maximum 30 Marks) PAPER 7. Advanced Indirect Tax Laws (Maximum 100 Marks) PAPER 8. PAPER 6(CA FINAL ELECTIVE PAPER) is being introduced in CA new scheme, Students are given six choices to select for elective paper based purely on their interest, passion, and knowledge rather than choosing scoring subject and going for less volume of content. Students are required to opt for one of these Electives in Paper 6 of Final level and the examination of these Electives will be Open Book and Case Study based​.​ Which means they can carry a book of particular subject which they have selected in the exam hall. Since students would be attempting case study and open book based examinations for the first time, they may find it relatively difficult to attempt their papers.
