  1. SAVE MONEY / MAKE MONEY COMPENSATION PLAN

  2. What is Multi-Level Marketing • All business is based on a 3 tier system, (Multi-Level)Manufacturer / Wholesales / Retailer. All make commission (Profit) from the final price. • What differentiates between a successful MLM and an unsuccessful one is the product, the system, acceptability in the market place, the quality, need for such product, and it’s sustainability. These ingredients combined ensure a profitable working solution. • Fuel-Stick has it all. • This is not a pyramid scheme, as there are only 3 levels, and only R35 from every box of fuel-stick is distributed as commissions. The retail price of the product always remains at R250 including vat (retail) and agent’s only pay R200 including vat. • We are not forcing anyone to get involved, but merely to see the product and system through and then make up their own mind. If one is a sceptic after this presentation, just purchase a box and see for yourself if it works for you as a stand-alone product. • Before we move forward are there any questions on this topic?

  3. Earning Potential • Before we start showing you your earning potential, lets make a few assumptions! • Assuming all the marketing tools are used, the following slides will be an example of what will happen, should everyone only sign up 3 active new agents! • A box of Fuel stick costs R200 including vat, and this will condition 600 litres of fuel, savings being anything from R400-R1200 on fuel after the cost of Fuel-Stick has been deducted, based on 12.5%(guaranteed) to 25% savings. • Savings have been shown in some instances to exceed 25% depending on the age of a vehicle, engine size, road conditions, driving conditions, altitude, vehicle loads, etc. • Anyone purchasing Fuel-Stick can only do so by referral of a sponsor / agent. (Someone else who told you about Fuel-Stick)

  11. Double-up System • Do these figures and the growth of your network seem almost unbelievable? • Let’s now use something you might better understand and believe in! • We will base this example on the premise that 50% of your client base of actively recurring purchasing members will drop out from all levels. • At the same time we will explain the two additional levels which will leverage and increase your earnings even further. Level 2 and level 3 • Please remember everyone has to purchase a box at least once. This will guarantee an income burst on all three levels to start. • The amazing bottom line of this whole business is because the product is so good and actually works, every purchaser would tell the next person in any event about Fuel-Stick and through this word-of-mouth it will sell itself.

  14. Agents • Registration is simple and easy all you need is your sponsor’s user name and your personal information, completed online. • Your R250 registration secures your position, includes your first box of Fuel-Stick and free registration onto our automated commission system. You also receive initial sample material, and thereafter marketing material can be ordered as needed. • As an initial launch of Fuel-Stick, your own personalised website is generated for FREE for internet marketing use. • Agents do not have to carry or hold any stock. • Agents introduce people by inviting them to presentations. • Agents can make use of a presentation video should it be too far to visit a super agent for such presentation.

  15. Agents • Agents can do direct selling themselves with the use of the presentation video, flyers, business cards, bumper stickers etc. • Delivery of Fuel-Stick is free to any Super-Agent whom you select, within a 7-21 day period, depending on stock availability. • Counter to counter delivery, will cost an Agent R30 per box anywhere in South Africa. (4 days and registered post) • Agents can always keep 2 boxes or more, one as a minimum for stock holding, and the others for personal usage or for sale. • Taxes are for the Agent’s account and invoicing is supplied inclusive of vat which can be recovered against business running costs. • Agents have an option of becoming a Super-Agent.(See next slide.

  16. Super-Agents • Super-Agents become collection points and presentation centres for the growing client base. • This is a free voluntary position and the benefits should be self explanatory, i.e. people will come to you as a first introduction to the product. • The Fuel-Stick administrators will promote Fuel-Stick via media marketing campaigns and will refer clients to Super-Agents for presentations to be conducted free of charge. • Shipping is free to all Super-Agents countrywide, based on volumes, and Agents must notify the administrators as to where they will be collecting their stock. This arrangement can change from area to area if the Agent moves around. • Super-Agents are limited in each area at the administrator’s discretion.

  17. Payment System & Rules • Commissions are paid out once a month at your own request through the web site. • There must be more than R250 commission due to an Agent for commissions to be paid. • Every Agent is required to continually purchase at least one box of Fuel-Stick within a four month period. This is based on an average purchase of 150L of fuel per month, therefore 150 x 4months = 600L (One Box @ R200). The reason for this is to keep the system alive. • Should anyone default, they will lose their position on their down-line but have the option to start again at no extra cost.

  18. Payment System & Rules • Marketing material and flyers are available at a cost, or these can be downloaded of the website and can be made by the Agent. No format changes of any nature are allowed without approval from the administrators (247 Technologies). • Agents are not limited to introducing only three people to Fuel-Stick, as only the first two clients move up to the sponsor, and the rest are added to the Agent’s first level. • If an Agent registers online and has not yet made their R 250 payment, they may still sign up people under them, however commissions are not earned until the Agent’s first payment is received. Any commissions that may have been accrued before the payment was made will be forfeited.
