  4. USFF N413/CTF-20/CNRMALogistics Support • Attend Wednesday Bi-weekly USFF N413 Logistics Coordination Board (LCB). Act as USFF/CTF-20 integrator to provide NAVSUP Operational logistics (OPLOG) support for fleet high interest/high priority items • Act as USFF/CTF-20 NAVSUP OPLOG integrator for contingency response/OOTW support where CTF-20 fleet assets are tasked to support • Participate in USFF/CTF-20 Exercises of Interest as NAVSUP's OPLOG integrator. Exercises are delineated in the NAVSUP Exercise Engagement Plan and briefed at the bi-monthly OPLOG brief to NAVSUP • Provide regional logistics support to the CNRMA Regional Operations Center (ROC) during contingency responses and regional exercises - four NAVSUP FLCN Officers are members of the CNRMA Crisis Action Team (CAT) • When CNRMA activates the CAT, we report to the CNRMA ROC to support the actual or exercise contingency response. These events may also trigger NAVSUP to activate the NAVSUP ERT, which we would serve on as members of NAVSUP FLCN ERT (i.e. Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield Ex, Oceana Jet incident April 2012)

OPLOG Brief Development & Command Preps • OPERATIONAL LOGISTICS BRIEF • FOCUSED on Numbered Fleet Alignment Initiative • Fleet Interest Items • - OPS & Exercises • - INSURV’s • - Availabilities, Overhauls, ILOs/ILAs • - Readiness • - N4 issues • Current OPS • - Support to visiting ships • - LSC Support • - Support to USFF CTF-20 Fleet • Future OPS • - Support that will be provided 1-7 weeks out • NAVSUP Interest • - Anything the CO feels the Chief would be interested in knowing • - Key events: operations/exercises that NAVSUP FLCN will • participate in or assist USFF N413/CTF-20 with NAVSUP – Briefed every other Tuesday at 1600. NAVSUP GLS – Pre-briefed on Monday morning prior to Tuesday OPLOG brief. NAVSUP FLCN CO – Pre-briefed on Monday afternoon prior to Tuesday OPLOG brief.

NECE Support • Serve as NAVSUP FLCN Expeditionary Logistics Leads – interface & work with NECE, NAVSUP Enterprise, and other logistics partners on ExLog initiatives • Active member of NECE Cross Functional Team Three (CFT-3) • Meets monthly (usually on 3rd Tuesday from 1300-1400) • Chaired by RADM Wolfe (NAVELSG) and Mr. Iselin (NAVFAC ED) • Members include key logistics leads from NECC, 1NCD, NAVFAC, & NAVSUP Enterprise • Currently 26 open initiatives/action items (NAVSUP has lead one AI#7) • Previous NAVSUP FLCN initiatives (now complete) include assisting with re-write of P-485 to include ExLog support section and establishment of NECC/NAVSUP LSR pilot programs (San Diego & NAB Little Creek) • Current NAVSUP GLS initiative (AI#7) is “Tailored Log Development” • NAVSUP GLS Norfolk, LCDR Robert Simms, is Team Lead & CDR Anderson is 2nd Lead • NAVSUP FLCJ & FLCSI, DLA, JCASO, AFRICOM & SOUTCOM are supporting organizations • Goal 1: Prototype tailored IDIQ contracts for units operating in SOUTHCOM & AFRICOM • Goal 2: Determine feasibility of establishing ExLog Concept of Support

OPREP-3/CCIR Overview • Serve as NAVSUP FLCN lead for OPREP-3 & CCIR guidance and preparation • OPNAVINST F3100.6J CH-2 provides OPREP-3 guidance • OPREP 3 Guidance prepared by CNRMA, 1 MAY 12 • NAVSUPNOTE 3020 & COMFISCNOTE 3020 provide CCIR guidance • CCIR’s provide key info to NAVSUP and are required for any incident requiring an OPREP-3 or as dictated by NAVSUP • Numbered 1-13 depending on event/incident • Initial required day of incident – prepared by generating code, smoothed by Code 435 for XO review/release to NAVSUP GLS/NAVSUP LOC • NAVSUP LOC receives/tracks/forwards all CCIR’s to NAVSUP • Updates due every 10 days (some exceptions apply) • Final due when sufficient info/data obtained to close CCIR/OPREP-3
