Before you get started - Key overall Tips • A Learning Session: A Learning Session is a highly interactive session conducted to enable a group of people (trainees) to improve and specify non-technical skill that is relevant for personal and professional development. • Facilitation methods: It has been proven that two-way and interactive learning methods are most effective. Choose your facilitation methods carefully. Examples are interactive Learning - Case based exercises, individual / group exercises, inquiry-based learning, role playing, scenario planning, hands on learning - learning-by-doing, experiential learning, demonstration on-sight, simulation etc.

Before you get started - Key overall Tips • Be Clear in your instructions and ask • Allow for a moment of reflection at the end: Allow participants to reflect what they have learned, and allow them to give feedback. As facilitator connect this back to the learning objectives initially put in place.
