Joint and Multinational Division (JMD) FM 3-24, Counterinsurgency JP 3-24, Counterinsurgency FM 3-07.1, Security Force Assistance FM 3-16, Multi- National Operations FM 1-02, Operational Terms and Graphics APP-6, Joint Symbology ABCA COH • Reviews Joint Doctrine to identify areas of concern and consistency with Army doctrine. • Reviews Air-Land-Sea Applications Center publications to ensure consistency with other Army doctrine. • Reviews NATO and ABCA publications to ensure consistency with Army doctrine. • Represents the Army in multinational doctrine committees in NATO and ABCA. • Writes joint, multi-service, and multinational doctrine. • Coordinates, prepares, and presents official Army position on terminology and symbology in Army, joint, and multinational forums.

  4. Operational Level Doctrine Division (OLD) FM 1, The Army Fm 3-0, Operations FM3-07, Stability Operations FM 3-28, Civil Support • Responsible for Capstone level doctrine for the Army. Capstone doctrine becomes the basis for all other Army doctrine. OLD also produces supporting Keystone doctrine related to Full Spectrum Operations. • Army Civil Support QDR Review • CBRNE Consequence Management Response Forces DOTMLPF Assessment • Subject Matter Expert support to BCTP • ABCA Support • Support activities related to major shifts in DOTMLPF, e.g. Modular Army

  5. Special Doctrine Division FM 3-97.11, Cold Weather Operations FM 3-55, Intel. Surveillance & Reconnaissance JP 3-10, Protection • Army-Air Force Warfighter Talks (AAFWFT) • Providing support as an SME • Participation in the Starfish pilot program contingent upon selection
