  1. International Journal of Stem Cell Research and Transplantation (IJST) ISSN:2328-3548 Evolution, has played a major drastic role, in creating many forms of species, and furthermore helping with the growth of species increase exponentially. This can be possible only through the cell differentiation process, wherein a cell divides, into many different cells of a body, and thus creates a completely evolved living organism. One such process that explains with the evolution of a human body, can be explained through Stem cells. Stem cells are the body's raw materials — cells from which all other cells with specialized functions are generated. Stem cells come from embryos that are three to five days old. At this stage, an embryo is called a blastocyst and has about 150 cells, which are also referred to as Embryonic stem cells/ Pluripotent stem cells. Adult stem cells are found in small numbers in most adult tissues, such as bone marrow or fat. Nowadays, in order to cure many deadly diseases such as the Diabetes, Heart disease, etc., the best solution found by the researchers is to opt for a Stem cell research. People who might benefit from stem cell therapies include those with spinal cord injuries, type 1 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, stroke, burns, cancer and osteoarthritis. In order to have an updated knowledge about the ongoing stem cell research, we have many options by obtaining the information through the research that is ongoing, and this can be possible through the Publication houses. One such publication house, wherein novel research details regarding stem cell research, are available, is at SciDoc Publishers LLC, USA. Various research, review based articles on different types of stem cells and their research are available at SciDoc Publishers.
