  1. Two Tiny Updates

  2. #1: TDS Internationalization • Currently our summative test user interface presents exclusively in English (pause buttons, error messages, labeling of tools such as Notepad, tooltips). • We could activate the option to present this UI in Spanish.

  3. Two Implementation Schemes Default • TDS UI is linked to language of test. • No “mix and match.” Alternative • TA may select English or Spanish UI regardless of test language. The language of the TDS user interfacecannot be changed once the test begins, even if content language of the test changes (as in the Science Spanish toggle).

  4. #2: Screener Informational Webinars • Optional • extend knowledge, preview changes • Four sessions • May 21, 10:00-11:30 • May 22, 2:00-3:30 • August 13, 10:00-11:30 • August 14, 2:00-3:30 • Recorded and posted on Training Materials page • See 3/28 A&A Update for registration links

  5. ELPA Hodgepodge • Testing window closes end of day 4/12 • Upcoming summative scores delivery dates (listed in TAM): • 4/10 • 5/8 • 5/25 • Total of 47,633 ELPA Summative tests completed as of 3/28 • Reminder: Students who change districts in Oregon may need to complete ELPA Summative testing
