Preparation for Webcasting • Finalization of the webcasting requirement • Network feasibility • Camera specification and placement • Floating and awarding of tender for webcasting • Contract deployment plan • Resource person & Training material • Test run • Installation of hardware • Monitoring in Control Room

  4. Monitoring • One trail two days before • Inception report, feasibility report • Training document • DEO will be responsible for deployment, safety and implementation of webcasting • DEOs should have their own channel to ensure cameras are working in all polling stations • Own control room at DEO level
