Access to data available on the internet using multiple browsers, apps and mobile devices. CONS: Limited ability to customize the solution. Data available on the internet opens additional security risks. Typically limited integration with current on premise software, such as Onboarding. Control of systems is with the provider and they are entrusted with employee data.
