You are fat, that is what you are, the brain must keep you this way. This is why the average person who has always been overweight will have the most difficult time trying to lose it. This is not because they always have been fat but because they have already defined themselves as fat. They have to trick the brain. How? Just by changing the goal. I eat way too much. I think I will cut back. That is logical. I used to walk everywhere as a child. I miss smelling the grass and seeing the flowers. I think I will start walking. That is not only logical to the brain, it sounds like fun.
