Artists And Oxford Pupils Brighten Up Marston Underpass With New Mural I've been painting large commissioned murals in and around Bristol. The neighborhood mural movement, which started in the late 1960's, produced hundreds upon hundreds of large scale wall paintings. Every town had a few, such as Indianapolis, although they were concentrated in major cities.
