  1. High BP Care: As we all know, blood pressure is very important for our body, with the help of blood pressure your blood flow inside your whole body. The most important parts of your body like the brain, heart, etc receive oxygen because of blood flow, but it is very important to maintain the blood pressure of the body because high blood pressure may cause some serious health issues like brain tumors, heart attack, etc. To maintain blood pressure it is very important that you should test your blood pressure at regular intervals. Now, the one question that arises, Why we should test our blood pressure? The main purpose of measuring blood pressure is to detect changes in blood pressure from normal values. Now let us talk about the symptoms of high blood pressure. Here Is The List Of The Symptoms Of High BP: ● Severe Headaches. ● Fatigue or confusion. ● Chest pain, ● Irregular heartbeat. ● Pounding in your neck, chest, and ears. ● Blood in the urine. ● Vision problems. ● Face difficulty in breathing. These are the symptoms of high BP, but there are many people who thought that some symptoms like dizziness, nervousness, facial flushing, sweating, trouble sleeping, and blood spots in the eyes are also related to high blood pressure but actually they are not the symptoms of high blood pressure. Now, let us talk about the ways by following which you can take care for high bp. Here Is The List Of The Ways By Which you Can Take Care For High BP: 1. Quit Smoking: If you are suffering from high blood pressure then it is very important to quit smoke because smoking increases the blood pressure of your body, and quitting the cigarette helps your blood pressure return to normal,

Cut Back On Caffeine: In the condition of high blood pressure, reduce the amount of caffeine intake in your daily life because caffeine increases the blood pressure of your body by 5mm to 10mm Hg, and if you face this change in your blood pressure after drinking the cup of coffee then immediately contact to your doctor. 3. Reduce Your Stress: If you take stress at chronic level then it may cause the problem of high blood pressure in your body. To reduce the stress you should find the reason of your stress for example, work, family, finances, and illness. After finding the reason of your stress you should work on it, this will give you relief from high blood pressure. 4. Reduce Sodium In Your Diet: If you are suffering from high blood pressure then reduce the intake of sodium in your diet this will reduce your blood pressure by 5 to 6mm Hg. If you are a healthy person then 2300 milligrams of sodium is ideal quantity of sodium for a day but for the adult persons 1500 milligrams of sodium is best in a day. If you want to decrease sodium in your diet then you can follow these tips: ● Read Food Labels: Buy those food products which have low sodium content. ● Don’t Add Salt:It is the fact, 1 tablespoon of salt have 2300mg of sodium that why you should use herbs and spices for the flavours of the food. ● Eat Fewer Processed Foods: Usually, there is a very less sodium in natural occurring products that’s why reduce the consumption of processed foods.
