  1. Panvel – the city of today

  2. The story that Panvel is the new kid on real estate poster Navi Mumbai has gained a lot of popularity in recent years. Major infrastructure developments around Panvel, such as Mumbai Navi Airport, new subway lines, port network, etc. slowly making Panvel the main investment destination. The Panvel of the future is being heralded as the next big thing in real estate in Mumbai, but today's Panvel also boasts a thriving social infrastructure that makes it one of the best places to live. • Countless stories • Think about it – the Café Coffee Day branch at Inorbit Mall in Navi Mumbai (just 30 minutes from Panvel) does so much more that only Carter Road in Bandra. Mont Blanc & Tanishq operates its largest store in the region through its store at Inorbit Shopping Centre. There are around 300 high-end cars (price range between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 1 crore) moving and the number is growing. According to official figures, Navi Mumbai has a literacy rate of 98 percent, an average income of Rs 25,000 per month (compared to the national average of Rs 9,500 per month); and 64 percent of households own a vehicle. These characters tell countless Panvel stories.

  3. Navi Mumbai has a literacy rate of 98 percent, an average income of Rs 25,000 per month; and 64 percent of households own a vehicle. These characters tell countless Panvel stories. • Prosperous social infrastructure • Panvel's social infrastructure is being systematically developed and most of the facilities are within walking distance. Unlike most subway stations, here distances can be calculated in minutes instead of hours. With schools and colleges such as DPS, Ryan International, DAV Public School, Pillai College, Amity University etc within a 7 km radius, this area has mostly developed into an educational hub. • Panvel also offers a thriving nightlife with lots of places to visit especially around Khargar & CBD which is only 30 minutes away. Many famous dhabis such as Ekveera, Sai Deep and Jay Malhar are regular jumping spots for many Panvel residents.

  4. Seamless connectivity • Panvel has excellent connections to Navi Mumbai via the Thane-Belapur road and also via the Thane-Panvel port line. Arriving from Panvel is easy for employees working in IT centers and offices around Vashi & Airoli. The Zion Panvel highway connects Panvel to Mumbai, leaving major suburbs like Chembur only 45 minutes away. By train, Panvel is connected to CST via the Harbor Line. • The upcoming Mankhurd-NMIA-Panvel Metro Corridor will be a 32-kilometer route through Mumbai's Navi International Airport. The second part of this will be built over the Sion-Panvel highway linking Sewree to Mumbai's Navi International Airport. The proposed corridor will be a 22 kilometer long route that will help Panvel become one of the most connected MMR sites. • Road and rail connection from Panvel • With the many waterfalls and dams surrounding Panvel, it's a neat backdrop for a weekend getaway. Gadheshwar Dam, Pandavkada and Dhodhani Falls are only 50 minutes from Panvel. Dip your feet in the cool water or enjoy the stunning views just a short drive away.

  5. Panvel - today's city! • There are a lot of big projects to come in this region, but perhaps the closest to the city of Panvel is the Nexzone Marathon. Due to its excellent location, this hotel is closest to the bustling city life and at the same time away from the daily noise. • Looking at the big picture, Panvel was no longer the city of the future. This is no longer the land where you invest and collect rewards in 10 years from now. Panvel is the city of today, poised to replace it as the new cosmopolitan hub of Navi Mumbai. • The best thing about Panvel is the fact that on weekends you can relax in Lonavala and Bandra, both of which are just an hour away on either side. For example, driving to the Della resort of Lonavala only takes about 45 minutes from Palaspe Phata. Imagica amusement park is about 30 minutes away. On the other side of town, you can be on Carter Road in an hour or a drink at Toto's in 55 minutes. It really is the best of both worlds.
