Program Conditions • The program is valid until January 31st, 2013 and might be extended by HP. • The offers are only applicable to the configuration described in this document. • Maximum 1 unit per partner. • Any cumulating with other promotions is not allowed. • Products must be retained and used as demo for at least 12 months. - Resale before 12 months is prohibited. • This offer is based on the HP EMEA price list, which was effective on Nov 14th, 2012 HP Confidential – HP and HP Channel Partners only

EMEA Reseller Demo System Offer – Rebate • Resellers investing in a demo system before Jan 31, 2013 are eligable for a rebate for every systems sold between Feb 1, 2013 and Oct 31, 2013 • Eligibility criteria • Must have purchased a demo system before Jan 31, 2013 via to the EMEA Reseller Demo System Offer • For every systems sold between Feb 1st, 2013 and Oct 31st, 2013 the reseller is eligibile for a rebate as described on the next page. • Exact rules are subject to local country policy.
