CHALLENGES • What the Pro Light & Sound Management were looking for: • Qualifying a list of leads for their show. • Prolight + Sound has a successful history in Germany andnow taking place for the the first time in the UAE as of 2016. The show in Dubai would the first of a kind in the region. It is important for their sales team to work on qualified leads, SalesMENA job was to call each lead find out the decision makers and the updated contacts, then qualify if the leads is interested in exhibiting in theshow by asking specific questions, then report back the qualified leads to the Show Sales departments. • This service would make the sales team focus on their core competencies of closing deals and sell stand spaces.
